Help plz help #tmi

My fiancé and I just had sex and I was in pain during the first 10 min. He stopped and asked if I was ok I said yea just hurts a little. But we continued until he was done. This is the second time. It happened on Thursday too when I received the conceive plus cream. I started using it. I'm Thinking it could be the dream but I have no clue. I just know right now I'm still hurting down. Like burning... What do you think this could be.. It just felt like this twice; once Thursday and tonight... Think I may go in tomorrow see what's going on!!! What u think it could be?!!
