Cycles after miscarriage

Does anyone else feel like you don't know your cycles at all after your miscarriage ? I used to get cramps and moodiness a week before AF, and frequent peeing about 3 days before .. Now everything is so different... Then I get my hopes up for that BFP ... And then let down. 😏
