What is on my babies thighs ??

This morning I found a blister (also looks like a whitehead pimple ) on each of babies thighs. Outside the diaper area though. What is this? What can I do to help ??

Could just be a heat rash, my baby gets them in random places, but they usually go away within a few hours. I'd say just keep an eye on it, probably nothing to worry about.

Depends on the size and such but could just be like clogged pores. You could put a warm cloth on it to try and encourage it to clear up
