OMG so confused!

TTC for 2.5 years and nothing!

Used preseed for the first time this cycle

Pack of pregnancy test strips i ordered came today, took one when i got home from work around 1:30 pm, there's a faint positive line, I'm 14 DPO

Tests from Thursday to yesterday were all BFN DPO 10-13

Tests from last Monday DPO 7 (tested cuz had severe prolonged dizziness, went to er for, very unusual) and Wednesday DPO 9, were BFP with faint lines

Glow says AF is due today

Fertility Friend and Ovia say AF due Wednesday

Idk what to think! What do you all think is going on?!?

*ps. New to my area and haven't found an obgyn here yet, so please don't just suggest go to the Dr, cuz that doesn't help me right now cuz i don't have one yet (sorry, not trying to sound rude, just letting y'all know that's not an option for me just yet)
