Does anyone know if CHAI TEA is safe?

Is a chai tea latte from bolthouse farms brand safe in pregnancy? I'm in my 8th week. Please help!

Some of the spices in chai are contraindicated in pregnancy so as long as you are not having them a lot it is ok. Small amounts in food are ok, but large doses are not recommended

It's the spices they say watch out for but it's perfectly safe. If you're worried, ask your doc.

I worked as a barista and Chai has very little caffeine. They say 1/3 less caffine then a cup of coffee and some Chai is even caffine free. However, it's safe to consume 200mg of caffine per day. So you're totally fine.
