I am 9weeks pregnant with twins and started bleeding today. Very bright red pretty thin only one little clot, a few cramps earlier but really needed to have a BM. Tummy just feels a bit uneasy. Still feel nauseous and don't want to eat. Have appointment with doc tomorrow morning. I did have a subchronic bleed with my 2nd son and all was fine it too started at 9weeks. Anyone else have any similar situations?  TIA
