Repeat C-section and constipation?

Ok going in 11-9-15 for my second c section as I am getting closer I am getting more nervous because I had gotten constipated with my first one I didn't go for like 7 days after surgery now I am a little freaked out itll happen again ugh need some closure haha or ideas howbto no become bound up again thanks:)

Request an enema right before and take stool softeners after the surgery.

Stool softeners! Ask the hospital what you can take that would be most effective. I am so worried about this too. I was able to go 4 days after the surgery but it was the worst pain of my life (worse than any of my contractions) and I cried sitting on the toilet.
