So last week what I thought was my period was just unusual spotting. :/ turns out I might have an ectopic pregnancy, all my hpts keep coming up as a BFN, except for one of my tests it had a very faint line so I'm just confused and so is my doctor. She said that she didn't feel an ectopic pregnancy when she examined me so now we are waiting for a blood test to see if it's positive. If it is then we will get an ultrasound to see if it's in the uterus. I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms but no BFP. I have a slight twinge/ cramp only on my right side and it's a little puffy on that side as well. I just hope it's a positive pregnancy and not an ectopic one.  Here's the pic of my very faint line but I think the test is defective bc the little square to the right has a horizontal line as well
