I'm 13.5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and I have a step son who lives with only us. Right now we budget and afford everything necessary and we are preparing for our last child. I brought up the tubal surgery with my doctor and she suggested the man having a vasectomy possibly. My husband said he's had surgery down there before for his vein (the military basically made him get it). So now it goes back to me unless his doctors say he's ok to get the second surgery. Any experience with permanent birth control?
