Miscarriage @4 weeks experiences

Can anyone else share their experience with MC @4 weeks? I'm going through it right now and all I've experienced so far is R lower back pain and some brown spotting. The doctor told me my body will probably just absorb the baby or I might have some light bleeding. Curious what other women have experienced MC at this stage so I can better prepare.
