DPO Question. . .

Do you count dpo starting after your fertile window (like glow does in the BBT chart) or the actual next day after you ovulate (like it sounds like you would)? Glow says I'm 6 dpo (see pic) but I ovulated on 28 July, which means I would be 7-8 dpo. Just curious...
