Want to Lose 25 Pounds
Hubby and I are ttc, this is our first month. AF is due 8/9.. So hoping she doesn't show! I still want to lose about 25 pounds.
Age: 24
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 158
Goal Weight 1: 145 (puts me at the top of the healthy weight range for my height)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 130
I don't know my BMI or BF. I don't look like I weigh as much as I do, I just want to be healthy and feel better in my body. I use MyFitnessPal to track my calories and macros. I walk 3-3.5 miles every other day and on the opposite days I lift weights. I've only lost 3 pounds.
What has worked for you ladies??
