Does anyone else have like a fluid that comes out of your vagina and it gets on your underwear?  Is it normal for that to happen?

Yes, it's normal. Its called cervical mucus or cervical discharge. The vagina is a self cleaning part of our body. This fluid is used to do so (but that doesn't mean to stop washing or not take care of it. Lol) it can also be used to determine where you are in your cycle. Hope this helps. :)
