Am I stupid? About ex-husbands.

Question

So my ex-husband and I have a mentally and physically handicapped boy. He has him ever other weekend and that's it. Our son doesn't walk or talk and can't chew food and when he has our son he makes him sleep on the floor and rarely takes his wheelchair. I took him back to child services for more child support. And now his psycho wife is blaming me for all the ad things that's going on with them! (Money, house, ect.)

Anyway, I don't want him spending the night over there anymore and my now husband said that he agrees and how bad my sons father treats him. I mean, they post about going out for ice cream and they have my son, then never gives him any!! WTF??

IDK. Not sure what to think. I just want to screen at him!!! Any advice would  be appreciated. Thanks for reading.

More money won't make him care any better for your child, it is up to you to make sure ur child's needs are met no matter where he goes call cps on your ex husband make reports against the fact your child has no bed there, and no wheel chair when he goes, voice ur allegations and instead of seeking more money in court battle the fact u don't want your child there!!! Money in ur pocket doesn't fix the issue bash him all you want but stand up for yourself and your child its your duty too! I've never received a penny of child support my son is 5 1/2 yrs old we haven't even seen his donor in three plus years, when social services says they want paternity I dispute it cause I don't want scum in my child's life and it is my duty I can't list the things I've sacraficed or gone without including feminine products because I had a child to provide for be thankful u get anything at all but fuck him protect ur child!

Unless he is found unfit you'll have a hard time taking away his visitation and if you just stop letting him go over you can be found in contempt I know it's like your stuck between a rock and a hard place I'd consult a lawyer on your options and as for the new wife telling you stuff that's none of her buissness she married a man with a child he is expected to take care of him

I feel for you..  Unfortunately it's is almost impossible to take this right away from him. We battled in court for years and we were pretty much told..  Good luck bc it will never happen.

Try to prove he is an unfit father that needs to have supervise visits. Cause the court won't take the right away for him to have his son over nights if you can't prove he is unfit.

I would agree with you. Handicap or not that's still a child and deserves the same kind of love as any other child.
