I trust my bodily signs. If I see cervical fluid I know I'm fertile until.my cervix snaps shut I wait till t+3 and p+4 until I can go UP.

I've been using a BBT thermometer for 8 cycles now, but I'm also very regular and I get mittleschmerz, which helps me pinpoint ovulation. The earliest I have ever ovulated is cycle day 9. We just start using condoms on cycle day 3, and keep using them until the graph indicates a significant increase in temperature for three days after ovulation.
