Need advice plz

Ok so here we go I had a miscarriage at 7weeks started bleeding on July 9th it last for a week on the 15 th my levels were at zero. Ok now when should I get my period? My doctor is no help at all he never even examined me the er did he just read my blood work and had his nurse call me with updates. Also has anyone ever got pregnant after a miscarriage? And before their first cycle after a miscarriage?
