Start and stop period because pregnant???

Question

So, my husband and I decided to start trying on the 31st of last month, which happens to be not too long before my periods starts. I ended up started my period on the 4th, and usually my period always starts out fairly heavy and last for an average of 6 days. This time around my period was kinda heavy, more medium flow for the first and second day, but as of last night before bed it seems as if I'm ending my period already. Is it possible that we conceived a baby before my period and I started my period and then I'm stopping now because the egg and sperm have met??????
