Spicing things up in the bedroom?

I've noticed these past few months, my husband's sex drive has gone down. We barely have sex anymore and when we do, he skips the foreplay and goes straight to one position until HE finishes. Which always leaves me pretty upset and frustrated. The times that I've tried initiating sex, he almost always denies me which leaves me feeling rejected so I just never try anymore. I've told him how I felt but he just brushes it off :(

Has anyone else been through this? We've been married for 4 years if that makes any difference.

I don't think you should jump to bad right away. My hubby and I have been together 4 years as well and I noticed this too. We did have a conversation though and he told me that he doesn't have confidence in himself anymore he has gained weight and isn't happy with his body. He used to want sex all the time and I didn't but that's a normal thing. Cause now I want it all rhe time and he doesn't. Men and women peak at different times..

We try new positions and new places haha. We each try to do something the other person wants. Within reason of course

This happens me nd my husband switch roles in this it is frustrating and annoying but if you're trying to conceive it becomes even harder to deal with. I don't really have any advice I just wanted to let you know it's fine. :)

I'm in the same boat. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 years and he is quite a bit older than I am. We hardly ever have sex anymore and whenever I try to talk to him about it he changes the subject or gets mad. It's driving me crazy. The once a month we do have sex he just does his one position like you said and finishes. I've tried talking to him about foreplay and how I feel but nothing seems to help our situation.

My expirience on here is going to tell u to talk to him but to me something is up... medically or him being phishy....
