Headache I might be out this cycle 😔
So ladies today is cycle day 21, my head start hurting today which tell me progesterone is going down. Which mean AF is lurking around the corner. Last month we tried not to stress about conceiving, did not temp, do OPK or stress over symptom but this is my norm headache then AF. Cycle without fertility blend are 24 to 26daysÂ
