How to tell family..

First off I come from a pretty strict family. I'm nearly 25, pay all my own bills, just never got around to moving out (work nights and a crazy schedule so haven't been focused on it). I  lan on moving out with my boyfriend soon. Just unsure how to go about letting my family know because they're pretty against the idea of living with a significant other before marriage.
