The pills

OK so my partner n I have been ttc and it just didn't seem like it was going anywhere so I found the fertilaid and orderded it and it came in the mail today so I did what it says I took the three pilss like it says to and I'm on my period so my question is has anyone ever taken them and if so how did it work and how long did it take for it thanks
