After Ovulation

My breast has been sore for the pass 3-4 days now after a positive opk. I'm still cramping here and their. Today I started feeling really light headed. I thought it was just me being hungry but I've had 3 meals and snack here and their and I still feel so sick/light headed. I've BD the day of ovulation and two days after. What do you think is going on?
