TTC after etopic

I have been trying to conceive for almost two years with having a etopic last year. My period is not suppose to start until this weekend but I had spotting for a couple of days last weekend, no clots just spotting when wiping (sorry tmi) I also been have some pain in left side and don't know if I am thinking to much into it or not. I think I am pregnant but don't know if I should go to the doctor just to be told I'm not once again. What to do??
