When does it stop!?

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 5w2d. When does the cramping and backache stop!? I understand the uterus is stretching, but man! Any insight? More of an annoyance than anything.

I'm 5 weeks too and have had cramping off and on. No backache though. But I've had 24/7 nausea and dry heaving for the past 5 days now. I'll trade you cramps for that ;)

It comes and goes, a few days at the beginning and then it comes and goes as you have growth spurts in the uterine area

U shouldn't have any pain at all ur baby is little as a peanut u shouldn't feel anything

It's normal! I can't remember exactly, but soon you won't feel it anymore!

I had cramping from 4+ weeks until 11 ish weeks. Baby was fine, my body just didn't like to grow lol
