Devastated

I just received my results from my ultrasound . It shows I have a growth on my endometrium of my uterus. I'm so sad !! This is probably why we couldn't conceive for 2 years. Ugh now what. My doctor didn't even call ... I just happened to log on the portal 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
