faint + or - !

I took the bottom one first then the top one the next day. The second line on the bottom looks kinda messed up so I have no clue. Opinions? I'm almost a month late so either way I'm making a doctors appointment. I don't ever know what to think since with my daughter I was a month and half before I got a positive.
