Epidural vs spinal block?

Long story short: I had an epidural with my daughter which ended up with an emergency c section. The anesthesiologist just "upped" my epic for the operation. This time I will have a planned c section.... will it feel different? An epidural vs a spinal block? Has anyone had both?

i had a spinal block with morphine and it was easy breezy! if they give you morphine, once you are out of recovery, dont drink or eat too fast. I made that mistake!

I've had both. The spinal was better to me. Less painful when I got it and it didn't seem to take as long for me to get up and moving after it.
