Bleeding after ovulation

So a couple months ago I had an HSG ultrasound. I found out that I only have one good Fallopian tube. Since I'm 40 we are sad abouth this but there is hope. Now since the HSG I have been spotting right after ovulation and spot every day until my period starts. Does anyone have insight on what this could mean? Before I had the HSG I never spotted like this, I'm concerned but don't want to jump to anything. Thanks!
