Misscarriage?

Went to the hospital last night becasue i had some bleeding, they said after the pelvic exam that the blood was just old blood and he exam.and my blood work all looked good, i just had to wait for an.ultrasound to make sure that the baby was in the right place....many hours later the dr came in and started to say so the baby is right where it should be and its heart is beating.......but, its heart was way to low and then they continued to tell me how it dosent look like a good outcome and offered to get the chaplin and then they offered to go get my s/o from the car and they gave me some time alone before discharging me...:( so i didnt miscarry yet but i basically get to wait for the babies heart to stop and me to miscarry they said unfortunately 1 in 3 pregnancies end in miscarriage and thats where this is headed.....
