I had sex using the pullout method pretty much every day during my mental cycle including my fertile window (I wasn't TTC I was just careless and not paying attention) I had been having symptoms like fatigue and nausea and exteme appetite for about a week and a half with some orange really light spotting before my period was supposed to start and it didn't happen. I was four days late when I started feeling sharp pains and very very dizzy/sick. The next day i woke up to blood in my underwear and bad cramps. I soaked through an always infinity heavy flow pad in almost three hours and then it evened back out to my normal heavy flow. Could I have had an early miscarriage? Do I need to see a doctor?
