Called into work

I need some opinions. I woke up really not feeling well, got sick as soon as I got in the bathroom, on top of that I also have diarrhea AND my period (lucky freaking me) so i called into work today, but I've only been there a month (haven't missed or been late at all otherwise) AND I'm technically supposed to give like a 4 hour notice I think and I only gave an hour and a half and now I'm really scared I'm gonna get fired. Even though I'm legit ill and there's nothing I can do about it...does anyone else think there's a good chance I may be let go? :/ :(
