Cats get toxoplasmosis from eating mice birds and soil on them.
Cats are the main spreader of toxoplasmosis. Undercooked meat also carries danger of toxoplasmosis in tissue cysts.
Also gardening is a risk. Don't touch your face while gardening. And if you come in contact with birds or mice wash your hands right away. Vegetables and fruits near or in the ground can also give you toxoplasmosis from the soil. Make sure everything is washed really well.

Your cows poop would be dangerous if they eat cat poop. But that doesn't really make sense anyway so I'm sure you are fine.

No I cleaned horse stalls till I was due and no issues at all just can't be around cat fecies
