Help guys!

My periods have never been normal. I didn't get my first one until I was 18, and have always had to be on birth control or some sort of fertility cocktail to have periods. I'm 34, and my fiancé and I are trying to get pregnant naturally. I've had natural periods magically for the last 6 months. They come all on their own, and are normal, which I'm thankful for but am now wondering wat else can I do to up our chances at pregnancy. I'm charting on here and keeping track of symptoms. Even though the regular periods are a blessing I'm still so scared I'll never be able to get pregnant on my own.

Thoughts? Ideas?
