Preg, ectopic, or AF??

I usually have 27 day cycles. I'm on day 29 now. Positive ovulation test on cycle day 19. Had very minuscule spotting at day 27 (wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't analyzing) have had some white creamy spots of cm past four days now that creamy cm is gone as of today and I've had brown/pink spotting and some dark brown cm. no need for pad or panty liner. Have had cramps and sharp pain on and off for past three days. Yesterday had cramps with no spotting at all. This am was spotting some while having cramps. Had a negative pregnancy test this am with fmu. Have had lightheadedness and dizziness past three days as well. On and off nausea and boobs sore when press on them. Nipples hurt sharp at times on own.  Question whether this could be normal pregnancy symptoms or possible ectopic or is AF just coming.
