Is love more important to you, or is money?

In MY opinion, love stands out the most to me and seems to be more important to me. My entire life, my family was not really a family. The morals were very poor. Because my childhood was so excruciating and difficult to handle, even when I became older and couldn't come to terms with what had happened, I always told myself that when I decide to make my own family, that family would become my main priority. I never want my son or any of my kids to feel what I had felt.

I had my son with a man who I am no longer with and wasn't with once my son turned 18 months. I am now, with my boyfriend of over a year (best friends for three years prior) and I couldn't ask to be any happier. When, I met my boyfriend, we both had nothing. Nothing to our name, no vehicles, staying with family and friends. We were both literally a mess.

Now, I agree that money takes a big toll on a relationship because, now that we have two vehicles, our own house and bills, things have gotten really tight for us before and it can cause conflict.

But, when it comes down to it, at the end of the day, all I really need in this life to be happy are my boys.
