Help comment please !!

I have been TTC for 1 year now, still nothing. I have gone to the doctors and they said my ovaries look beautiful and healthy.  I have been taking my prenatels regularly for a month now. The only thing is I have irregular periods. I haven't got it for 8 weeks. Took a test BFN.  Any body else with irregular periods and have any advice on what to do to conceive PLEASE COMMENT , FEELING REALLY DOWN. Need advice !!!!
