My AF is driving me nuts

Abiodun • Had an ectopic in January been trying to conceive again since then.
AF Was due yesterday I've had some cramping as per usual when she's due but nothing yet, nipples are a tad bit sore but other than that nothing else. 
I don't want to get my hopes up for now reason. 
Anyone else been through this or going through it now.
