Would you breastfeed your friends child?

Just been in FB this morning and there's a story about a mum breastfeeding her friends 18 month old son. She babysits while her friend is in work and has been breastfeeding him for a year along with her 16 month old son. What do you guys think of this, would you be okay with someone else breastfeeding your child?
