My pp appointment is this afternoon and will likely discuss birth control methods. With my first I used the mirena which was fine, however after some research I found the hormones nay have contributed to my low milk supply. With number 2 things with breast feeding are awesome and I want it to continue that way. What methods have you found to not affect your supply?
