Exercising

We have been trying to conceive for about 5 months with no luck. I am currently 7 dpo and my nipples are very sensitive so I'm hoping this is our month! I just left the gym and wonder if I'm overdoing it with exercise. I'm not doing anything crazy but I do cardio for about an hour at a mid level intensity. I also do interval training and light weight lifting. My heart rate will vary from 116-175 during my workouts. Does anyone have any information regarding if I should do less or this is ok.
