Hi ladies! I'd love some imput if this is anything serious. I'm 31 weeks pregnant with my first child (daughter) and was just sitting down for dinner when I got a sharp cramping from my spine to my belly button for 30 seconds or so. Is that a contraction or just cramping? Nothing I have felt before. Don't want to go to the hospital if I don't need too. Pregnancy has been perfect so far (except for extreme morning sickness in the beginning). TIA
