What did you do different???

Is there anyone who got pregnant after ttc who did someone different and that month in comparison to all the other months and you feel that's what helped you conceive that month out of all the others???  Example...quit smoking, started exercising etc.

I read that someone tried taking prenatal vitamins to help get pregnant. An I also have read that people who had sex everyday switched to every other day an the ones that did it every other day switched to every day. Also read to just stop trying/thinking about trying...hope this helps I'm still ttc #1 for over a year.

Also have read I forgot exact words but it was like a procedure cleaning of the fallopian tubes and some take clomid or other things to help ovulate. However it is completely normal if it takes a year to get pregnant so I have read I am no expert but I have been wanting to know tips an secrets as well I've been looking up all I can.
