Which symptom is the most difficult for you to cope with?

Gotta love the first trimester! I'm starting to experience most of these symptoms. How are you ladies holding up?

Lower back pain and heartburn

My boobs hurting so bad I cant lay down I dont sleep good I just cant wait for them to stop hurting

I put nausea, but really it's the increased sense of smell, it's driving me nuts I have my kitten a bath today cause all I could smell was cat food, my whole house seems to smell like it, but SO says he can't smell anything. And he cooked dinner for me tonight and I could smell the BBQ sauce from outside lol.

Heart burn will be the death me along with insomnia. 2 hrs sleep a night is about it lately!

Fatigue. I workout regularly and this baby is just kicking my butt in my workouts. I can't get past the warm up before I want to go lie down and sleep! I want to sleep all day and all night!  I had nausea the past few days but not today (knock on wood).
