I think is stupid question but I want to  get pregnant this month i have my period  last weekend so my question  is how? I need   to have sex everyday or when is my fertility days thank u

Your glow app should tell you when your fertile days are. Just add your period days to the calendar. Then have sex on the days with green dots on them. Best wishes! :)

So you track your BBT's and monitor your cervical fluid? That's the best way to know your fertile days.  Relying on an APP alone is hit or miss 😊😊😊

You shouldn't have sex every day. Like every other and only once a day if you are trying to get pregnant. His sperm count won't be able to regenerate that fast.

My doctor told me every other day, especially 12-16 days before your next expected period (if you are regular). Do not rely on this app too much for your fertile window - every body is different. I ovulate very late compared to most women and would completely miss my fertile time if I only went by the app. If your budget allows, get the digital ovulation predictor kits (I like Clearblue).. It's pricey but very straightforward unlike the non digital ones and it will give you a very clear understanding of when you ovulate. Baby dust to you!
