I need your honest advice!  My mom's side of the family threw me a quickie shower as part of our family reunion. They were very generous with cash gifts, but there were no games or real interaction as it is such a hectic weekend. Here's my question, now my friends are throwing me a shower. I've never had a lot of friends, and really enjoy the few close friends I have. I want to invite some of my aunts to this next shower, mostly just to celebrate with them, but don't want to come off as greedy expecting them to bring gifts. Would you still invite?  Since I'm not sending the invites should I call them and explain???
