Nipple rings

I got my nipples pierced in March and I will be breastfeeding.... Anyone else breastfed with them? Mine are healed but still crust and stink... (i keep them clean so idk why)... I really would prefer to keep them in I don't want to remove them. I take them out when in shower and they are already semi closed. I have to force them back in.

They were done professionally and are 14g
