What else should I try

Ok I'm new to posting things but my boyfriend and I have been trying for about a year now and I have had myself checked out by my obgyn and there's no problems she even did blood work etc I have 5 kids from my ex husband I don't know what else to try I love this man and I really want to have our child together any ideas or something else I should be trying
