How many months did you take letrozole femera before you got pregnant?

This is my 3rd cycle. Got a BFP, worried it's too good to be true. Been trying for 2 1/2 years straight. Beta is on Friday. Hoping it will confirm it!

Hi Sue I got my BFP this month my 1st cycle with Femara and timed intercourse only. Today was the day AF was supposed to show and I got my BFP yesterday! I'm super excited and hoping this baby sticks! When are you supposed to test? GL to you!

Well my folicals are just fine according to my ultrasound yesterday, but my uterine wall is thin :( nothing every works out, it's always one thing after another. Trying raspberry leaf tea... Husband thinks I'm going crazy but it's worth a shot right??

3rd times a charm. It's official as of today. My beta lab results in at 319. So excited but scared.

I changed to letrozole last month 2.5 after no luck at all with cloumid. My levels went from 0 to 5, and the doc said I had ovulated. However yesterday was day 35 and still no cycle and several bfn. Blood work still showed not preggo. Levels yesterday were 2.5. Not sure what's going on? Got a shot to induce cycle but not sure if there was an error in lab work or what? Starting 5.0 mg once cycle comes. But it did bring my levels up so that's good news. Good luck to you!

I went through 4 rounds on letrozole and had a BFN each month im so discuraged, I had an HSG test done yesterday  which unblocked my right tube my dr has me on my 5th round of letrozole hopefully I'll get my BFP! Good luck to you all I'll keep praying we get our little miracles!

Following. I took my last dose of leteozole last night, have an ultrasound in the morning to see if any follicles developed. This is all new to me and I'm super nervous.
