AF came on 8/10. I've been extremely moody. Last night my husband put my hand on his penis which was by no surprise was solid as a rock lol and I politely moved my hand back to his chest and fell to sleep. Am I wrong for that? I felt kinda bad this morning....

If you're not in the mood, you shouldn't feel "obligated" to do something you don't want to do. If he really loves you, he'll respect that.

Nope. Sexual activity should always be something you want. Even when you're married, and even when you're on your period. If you're not feeling it you're just not. If you feel bad though, just tell him! You might feel better clearing that up and he might too, in case he was feeling snubbed.
