Swore I was pregnant....woke up with cramps😔

Af is due on Friday. The past week or so I've been experien Af cing every symptom related to pregnancy. I tested this morning and got a negative right after I started experiencing cramps associated with af. I'm not bleeding but the cramps worry me and now I feel like my period is going to come. Could I still possibly be pregnant or are the cramps a sign being counted out this month?? This is draining....I cried so hard on my husband's shoulder this morning. How do you all stay positive?...
